- Consider ALL avenues of treatment – academic, psychosocial medical alternative
 
- Do not feel guilty about using medication if you feel confident in the medical evaluation and the advice you have received
 
- Do not be intimidated by “political correctness”
 
- Consider life style choices – social, economic
